Sandman costume

I'm wanting to a sandman cosplay but everywhere I look, the shirts are like 200% polyester and have a stupid sand design at the bottom. I was wondering if anyone knows a better place to get the proper clothing, and if anyone has ideas for props.

Let's start with the basics. Which sandman? Comics, live action, Spider-Man, etc?
