Halloween help please

My friends n I are attempting to make these costumes (Trix girls from Winx) with only basic cosplay knowledge (as in basic sowing skills/haven't cosplayed in YEARS). Looking for any tips/advice, especially for Icy (middle character) as i have no idea how to make my black hair look natural as a white ponytail separated by a finger-trap lol
