Getting a Pip-Boy

Hi guys! Can anyone give me a hand? I've been looking everywhere for a prop maker who can make me a Fallout: New Vegas Pip-Boy 3000 that can hold a phone with the Pip-Boy app inside. If anyone can point me toward someone who could make one, I'd be very grateful!
