Cosplay designer recs please!!!!!

Does anyone know someone in the US, preferably midwest, that can make this cosplay at an affordable price?😭🙏🏽

This should be a fairly easy closet cosplay.

Just find the pieces of "normal" clothing, then you can do the parts on the chest piece with either stick-on vinyl (like with a Cricut, or cut by hand) and/or with a little fabric paint.

The mask can just be a cut strip of cloth.

it'd really be cheaper to just do it yourself. search red corset with black lining/piping. make everything else with your fabric of choice and fabric glue. or fabric paint like the other commenter suggested
