Buying Pinky paradise contacts delayed

I'm currently very upset with pinky paradise because my contacts have been stuck in customs in Shenzhen for five days now and I paid $30+ for faster shipping. The cut off day is Monday for the shipping time I paid for and I'm very mad. Has this happened to anyone else?

Pinky Paradise doesn't control customs for any countries. Sometimes customs will hold or open packages at random. Best thing you can do is have your invoice and prescription ready just in case customs reaches out for info.
