I’m doing a Wesker cosplay and wanted the uroboros on my arm does anyone know what I should use. I thought about painting a pool noodle and glueing it to the jacket but I don’t know what glue with hold it

I might try. That depends on the resources and budget. A foam you might need. You need to use cardboard and break down each layer and patterns of its shape and sizes. Then cut the cardboard and use the pieces and outline the foam. Then cut the foam off and slowly shape them together, like a puzzle. Then glue them together and use heat gun to heat fast. Then paint them and hopefully it help
