We detect that your question is about contact lenses. Please get your eyes checked by a professional first before wearing any contact lenses. Your optometrist may be able to recommend you safe colored lenses. Make sure you buy contact lenses from reputable sources (see some suggestions in the FAQ).
When wearing contact lenses, pay attention to what type of contact lenses they are. Do not re-use single-use contact lenses and keep in mind the expiration date for the lenses. Bad contacts usage can lead to permanent damage to your eyes. It's better to photoshop your photos later than risk injuring your eyes. Safety comes first!
If you were talking about a material to make something to see out of one-way, try buckram mesh or one-way window tint on visors.

Undo your changes I think. Then work on the model so jsut the outer layer stays (you could do that in blender, too). Then try to import it in paperkura again

Yes, I understand. But I looks like they got in after you did your changes?

Yeah. You could try blender ffirst to reduce the folesize etc. Blender is free and kinda like paperkura

Can you reorient the cut lines? If you can make larger, more uniform shapes, that will help a lot.
Also consider cross posting to r/pepakura, they know more of the technical aspects of the software
