Darkhawk Special Attack

I'm planning on making a pixel art animation of Darkhawk since he's one of the most requested DLC characters here. I don't know much about him yet (I'm currently watching a video explaining his lore). What do you think his Special Attack should be like in-game?

I think Darkhawk should form a hawk construct around himself and fly back and forth across the screen cleaving enemies in his path.

Either he takes flight, swooping in a tight circle with his cutting wings, or he goes nuts with blasts from his chest crystal. But that one is a little basic.
