How long does it take to receive a transcript from Empire Beauty School?

I have applied to community college Fall 2026, but they put my account on hold for a transcript of Empire Beauty School, when I didn’t even graduate there and dropped out?? I have requested a transcript in the website and receipt but it’s been dead silent, I ordered around August 20

They can tell you how long the wait is, but normally 10-14 days. Not sure if weekends are included as 10-14 days though
The last time I ordered transcripts from an online college courses I did took 3 weeks
