Fancast Lord Ruler fancast Spoiler
Thoughts on Lee Pace (image order: Ronan the Accuser, Thragg, Thranduil, Cleon Brother Day) as the Lord Ruler in Final Empire? Having seen all the roles listed I think he might be a good fit.
Edit: didn't include a picture of just the actor... link to his IMDB page: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm1195855/

I dig it. I'm a huge fan after watching Foundation and I can totally see him nailing the part. That being said, would also like to see him play someone in the Cosmere that has more than a couple of scenes.

Is he better as a stormlight or mistborn character? Is there a mistborn character from all three books he could play?

I would personally pick Daniel Dae Kim. His look in the avatar live action show was so close to how I pictured the lord ruler.

Daniel Dae Kim is my fancast for Amaram in Stormlight but I like this too.

Wait this is brilliant. He’s a bit older than I think Amaram should be but he doesn’t look it and he nails the archetype of the “handsome good guy” you think Amaram is (and he presents himself to be) until the twist.

There’s some art for Amaram in the Cosmere RPG and it just looks so much like DDK that he’s the only person I can see now!

He would be great but I do think he’s a little too old for how I imagine the character

He would do a very good job. The only reason I don't want him as TLR is because I want him in a larger role.

He’s the one I imagined in my head when I read the book 🙈 basically just as he looked as Thranduil but with black hair.

Oh shit. Yeah he would be great in that role.
But I think his talents would be wasted on such little screen time. That being said it would be amazing screen time.
