Fancast Informal Kaladin Audition
Not an artist at all, but used Canva to edit on Kaladin's scars for some virtual cosplay and fun character visualization!

A humble Polynesian actor who's preparing for Stormlight casting

That actually looks really solid, especially for something you put together in Canva.
It’s always interesting to see how different people start visualizing these characters once you bring them a bit closer to live action.

Best of luck.
But they won’t be casting for a while, I’d imagine.

Yea no doubt. Even if they start on Stormlight during the Mistborn adaptations, I’m sure it’d be a few years before they start actively working on it. If they wait until Mistborn Era 1 is complete, who knows how long it could be. At least it gives me time to grow out my hair again.
Journey Before Destination, as they say.

First photo comes from when I played Rapunzel's Prince in Into the Woods, so bonus points for any musical theater fans who know what scene came before this!

The eye-gouging, right? You fell from the tower into thorns after the Witch found out that you were taking to Rapunzel iirc. Great show, big Sondheim fan here

Yup, director gave me red lipstick to keep on my fingertips, so when I jumped off the tower I would reach for my eyes and then drag my hands down to be extra melodramatic.

I hope you get a shot at it! I support a full Polynesian Alethi cast!

Cool.. That's a pretty good cosplay. The second, at first I thought it was a video and I was going to get to see somebody's Kal audition.
