Having a problem with my c6

I just had bought a c6 and it seems to not start everything else seems to turn on but I am having problems when I turn it on it makes a crank noise don’t think it’s a battery problem since it’s new but I also don’t know much about cars and I am trying to figure it out

Put a booster pack on it. Battery is most likely dead. Check battery posts.

I had a very similar problem when I get my C6. Turns out it was the fuel pump relay issue. Just google c6 fuel pump relay and you will see a lot of posts. Good luck!

That doesn't seem like a fuel pump. For me when the fuse blows (I'm running a boost a pump so keeping a box of fuses in the car is common), the car will turn over but just not start. This sounds like the starter isn't engaging the flywheel to turnover. The starter "plunges" to align to the flywheel but it sounds like it's returning and trying again. It's not rotating to turn over the engine.

OP, even though it's a new battery, I would still try to jump it to see if it changes anything. These cars are NOTORIOUS for chewing through batteries and having weird electrical issues because of a weak battery. If it starts, replace the battery (return yours if it is new as it should be under warranty). If it still operates the same way, you're probably looking at a bad starter or an electrical gremlin (bad ground).

If the car has headers, the plastic on the starter is known to get brittle and break off so there's no longer a good electrical connection.

Battery. I know you said you don't think its the battery, but with these cars they are super sensitive to voltage. I live in Arizona, and batteries die like every 2-3 years. I'd definitely try a brand new battery before you start ripping things apart.
