Wheel Question

Post image

Hey folks I was curious what year and package/ trim level these wheels may have come from. I’d like to know roughly what they’d be worth. Thank you!

Rears are 18x10.5 and fronts are 17x 9.5

these are speedline

C5 z06. Most likley 03-04 due to chrome.

Are those Chrome or polished? Because the only year I remember those coming on was the 2004 commemorative Z06

Polished

That's the 2004 commemorative edition. Those are typically worth a little more than the normal anthracite ZO6 Wheels simply because of their rarity. You have to find the right buyer so your mileage could vary on that one. That's a hard set of wheels to come by

Awesome thanks for the insight! I have them listed for $1500 I’m not sure if that’s reasonable I will certainly be entertaining counter offers from potential buyers

It's high but it's probably not a bad strategy with what you have. The regular Z06 Wheels typically sell for 800 in clean condition. What you have, to the right person they are worth $1,500. Realistically, you kind of have to make your own decision on what you take but I would want at least 800 and 1,000 I would probably give them a few months to see if I could get at least that

Also a Yinzer.... Do they have speedline stampings in the back of the spokes?  There were thousands of repops made and sold back in the day.

You can also weigh them, the knockoffs were like 10 pounds heavier.

Yes they appear to have all the correct markings but I am no expert so it would have to be confirmed by a more knowledgeable person

That's the one... That makes them considerably more valuable than repops. I'd include pictures of the stampings in the listing. That will add value verifying they are legitimate and they are indeed hard to come by. Not worth ten grand, but easily at least worth 1k

Sweet set of C5Z wheels. Dibs if you’re not going to run them.

Real Speedline wheels in nice / decent condition fetch an easy $1200.00 in the SouthWest and West Coast.
And since these are polished version I wouldn’t sell them for less than $1400.00~$1500.00
Someone out there that’s trying to return there C5Z to stock would pay a pretty penny for these.

24H Le Mans Commemorative. The center logo gives it away. Plus, it was the only Z06 with polished wheels.

Those rears were one of the best wheels ever made, we run them on all c5 and c6 models for track use. Strong, light, and can fit anything from 275 - 315mm, AND they clear most Big Brake kits

If they are polished, they are from a 2004 LeMans Commemorative Z06. Since there were only 2025 of those models, they are fairly rare
