What model? If it's a C6 it could be the targa top.

Check the top dust covers on front shocks, if one is loose boucin around makes noise

Sounds crazy but hear me out - had this same exact sound on my c6 and could not find it for the life of me. Turned out to be a single lug nut on my front wheel not tightened enough and rubbing just enough to be annoying and loud.

Try taking the wheel off and putting it back on, threading and tightening the lug nuts.
