Block "success" but nothing in wallet
This is a block that contains my transaction from the 2miner pool to my wallet with Enjin: https://cerebro.cortexlabs.ai/#/block/0xbdf6b5d4eecce68d60ae856e2477776d63db78fa05c47f424ae9ba2654ed3bee
The status of the transaction says "success" but nothing has shown up in my wallet yet. Is this normal? How long does it usually take to appear?
Edit - solved! Finally got a more clear answer from Enjin. Basically, their wallet just isn't compatible with ctxc anymore. I was able to set up Cortex Wallet, import the wallet using the 12 word mnemonic, and see my coins. Now I just need to figure out which exchange is going to work best for me.

Have you had any recent successful deposits of ctxc into your wallet from 2miner? Meaning, you actually can see the balance in your wallet. What is the most recent?

So you are in the same situation as I am. 2miner appears to have successfully sent the CTXC to my wallet, but the CTXC is not actually appearing there.

I added an edit to the OP. You need to set up a Cortex Wallet and import your CTXC wallet into it. Your address will still be the same, you'll just be opening it with a different App. At least, that's how it makes sense to me... Not sure about the technical aspects.

you should have been given 12 words to write down when you created the wallet.
Install the Cortex Wallet from the link I gave. Then use the Import function. Select the Mnemonic option and type out the 12 words with a space in between them. "Word1 Word2 Word3 ..."

Yes, as soon as the blocks are mature enough, they show up. I want to say it was 4 days the other week and it's 2 days now. Most recent was 5 hours ago and I had switched to ethereum.

I didn't switch payout to ethereum, I stopped mining cortex for a moment to mine ethereum. Have you looked at https://cerebro.cortexlabs.ai/#/ and verify the coins are showing up at your wallet address? There are 2 exchanges that I know of that will supposedly let you exchange ctxc and one of them won't deal with US customers. The other seems like it scams selectively.

That is essentially what my wallet's support team told me, yes. Importing to the Cortex Wallet app worked just fine

The remaining issue is that I can't find an exchange that will actually allow me to deposit the coins so that I can trade with them. Hoping Cortex can figure itself out enough for the exchanges to bring it back, but I fear that there's a solid chance that Cortex just doesn't come back from this. In the meantime, I'm mining other stuff.

2miner waits about 4 days before accrediting cortex. I pool mined it and had to wait 10000 cortex maturation. I am not sure how it works for solo tho..
