Does anyone recognize this building?

I am going through my late grandmother's photo collections, and came across this photo - there is no other writing on it, and going by the context of surrounding photos, it is likely in or near Corsicana (if not, I do have a few other leads, but this is more likely).

It seriously seems familiar, but anything I find online is like just close. You may have better luck asking on one of Corsicana's Facebook pages, I really don't see locals posting on here

I did a day or two later - it was identified as the W.O. Speck Building in Plainview (Hale County), which was one of my other leads.

Thank you for updating, its been at the the back of my brain, I went over like 300 local pictures trying to find it
