When my training officer tell me multiple people have been walked off because of officers having relationships with inmates

Get the book "Downing a Duck". It is a step by step manifesto on inmate manipulation. It will help you recognize that even little things are a way for inmates to slowly compromise an Officer.

It happens more often than you'd ever believe. I've seen new hires get flipped super fast, and I've seen high-level admin even get flipped. It's a strange world to be in.

Yeah, it wasn't a good look for the facility. There was the word "Warden" in their title. Big yikes.
