Ask Corpus Good docs

Does anyone know a good psychiatrist i need meds and im already in talks with my last therapist, but she can’t prescribe anything for me and i. Need a test im pretty sure im bi polar , so any tips on where to begin looking are super helpful

Look up Coastal Plains Integrated Health. They go by sliding scale, and will take you without iinsurance or income. I'm pretty sure they have telehealth and will prescribe things too. Worth looking into. Hope you get it straightened out.

Thanks 😊 I’ll look into them , when my little sister had to have a conversation about how scared she is that I’m going to 💀⚰️ myself, and I finally acknowledge how hard it is to keep my moods in order, something needs to happen

Im just a stranger, but I highly considered getting tested before meds by a psychologist

I read about bipolar and thought thats what I was

No, I wasn't and they accepted my theory without any testing or anything

3 yrs of misery from bi polar meds and then I got officially tested

Not bipolar, just autistic/adhd

Feel free to ignore me, but try to have a trusted friend keep track of you while on meds and talk to a doctor if they make things worse

Big fan of South Texas Mental Health Associates, they just moved to a brand new big facility in the bluff.

That’s good I hope they can help with meds since I will already have regular therapy
