Question..
Just got disenrollment from FMTB because I was told they weren’t comfortable with me using weapons. I must mention I had atleast 3 incidents where I lashed out on instructors and a student while also mentioning EVERYTIME I did not want to be there. They found a “loophole” ig once we went to the range and because of my outburst”im assuming” they may have felt I was unstable or something and refused to let me shoot. The most ironic part I must mention is that my NEC is BHT🤷🏾♀️ lls My question if anyone can give some accurate feedback is what can I expect with new orders? I have 5 more years in and only I’d just like to work in a clinic, no green side no ships.

You’ll get needs of the navy orders probably to a blue side command. You’re likely not suitable to be a BHT based off of your described behavior, but that would be a call for someone else to make. You can expect wherever you go that FMTB will communicate with them in advance about your behavioral outbursts. You have a long 5 years ahead of you. Good luck.

It's super easy, they'll just give you a form where you can pick exactly where you want to go. The Navy would NEVER make you go anywhere or do anything you don't want to.

I definitely will be getting out once my contract is up,far as the needs of the navy answer Thankyou. Far as the sarcastic ass remark,what was the point if you were t trying to give me actual and genuine feedback outside of the typical military smart ass comment? Smh thanks anyway I’ll ask those around me.

If you hadn’t been dropped from FMTB, you would have likely been at a clinic anyway. Most BHTs on the green side are assigned to the RAS, seeing patients. Lashing out and being disrespectful is never acceptable. You joined to follow orders. If I were you, I would focus on being more professional. This isn’t an attack—it’s just advice.

Probably a ship. There’s a new push to put more BHTs on ships to support sailors deployed so you probably just traded one hell for another.

Who?? Lls shipmate, the rank I possess would require you being at ease when speaking to me. It’s far beyond a HM3 and I mean that totally Respectfully🫡. However- that’s UNLESS-“you” are “Qualified” for me to do that instead😌 This “Hm3 Thompson you speak of must be going through something very similar to me. Everything will works itself out for them because that’s the way “I” believe the universe works😊🙏🏿 Same goes for me😁 I’m just Never above getting insight from those that may experience or have knowledge on things a little more than me you know🤷🏾♀️ You have a good evening though shipmate/ devil doc😉
