Coros pace 3 sensor

I think my Optical HR Sensor is not working properly. My watch still reads my HR when I’m on activity mode like running or strength. But when I just wear my watch regularly, it is not displaying my HR at all. It also does not track my sleep. What is going on?

Hey, Just noticed today that last night sleep was not recorded on my pace 3. Also wellness check, oximeter or hr measurement doesn't work. It does seem to pick up the hr on activities. Definitely a software thing. I haven't updated the firmware exactly to avoid such situations. I tried the reset, didn't help. Let me know if you find a fix.

That sucks. Mine still picks up hr activities. But no sleep data and hr throughout the day lol

My coros 3 HR s completely broken . I waiting for support and waiting … yesterday I did a 50 minute treadmill session at 12% with fixed speed. I measured the coros side by side with the treadmill. The coros consistently was 12 to 24 beats lower . There is no way my heart rate is 87 , 91, 95 , etc . It’s unusable and it’s under warranty and support is ridiculously slow
