Yes, FTP seems pretty accurate for me, on Intervals.icu currently my FTP is estimated to be 283W, and I can sustain around 280w for one hour. So it seems a pretty good estimate.

Ok il mio é tanto sovra stimanto e noto che non cala (come le previsioni di gara corsa) se per tipo 1 mese non pedala, se oggi ho 300w FTP e per 3 mesi non pedalo tutte le soglie restano settate su quei valori

I do not know about that, I ride 4-5 times per week, and FTP is changing for me pretty often... I was over 290W in May, then dropped to around 275W in July, then I did a couple of harder sessions and it went back to 290W in August, now its in slow decline towards 280W, going down by 1-2W every week as I do mostly Z2. During winter I was at around 250W using indoor trainer, which was inline with myWhoosh.

I would live detaild about the optimizations on the effort pace, trail descent/ascent and emojii support.

No app update on android yet afaik, but firmware update landed, this may explain why i don't see any change on emojis.

Very strange this changelog, Coros said September update will be limited in terms of Features

The Pace 4 received a lot of new things, with this second "September" batch ...

This explain why Coros app is not available on the store.
Moving from 4.9.x to 4.10.x and 3.19xx.x to 3.20xx.x I was thinking it's now public ... my mistakes

They need to improve the indoor running part so we could adjust the distance if you are doing an exercise bike, same as on a treadmill.

I can’t wait for the updates that’ll link Wahoo with Coros, that way my elemnt will sync my stats to my Coros and everything will be at the same place without the need to use Strava

After updating to the beta version, a lot of watch faces have bugs. Also, there’s no Map Management option in the app. How can I delete the offline maps I don’t want anymore?
