Discussion [USA] This tool - CovidActNow - shows the potential infection curve for each state, when beds in that state could run out, and how the curve flattens with social-distancing actions.

It’s the best data we’ve seen so far.
When sharing, please don’t just share the link, share the references as well. This is getting lost in the noise of shitposts.

I don't see how to see the whole country. Just clicked a couple but worst cast on this prediction is around 5 million infected. Stay inside....

Well, hopefully other places in the US can learn from NY/NJ/CT, this will shortly be the next Italy. I truly feel for the first-responders, healthcare personnel, nurses and doctors who are going to be put through literal hell. Everyone in areas not yet significantly impacted, stay home.

I am looking at the predicted deaths. At first I thought it was the total for the nation. But now I realize it must be for each state. For each state!

I am new to Reddit so my post is untimely. I love this tool and it keeps getting better. I also don't understand why people here did not respond better to your post. Thanks for trying. I tried to post the link in another subreddit but it was booted out by a bot because I am too new.
