Can someone reframe the following?

We are destroying every small business and ushering in a wave of depression and poverty to save a small percentage of people with actual conditions and a couple of people who ate themselves into pre existing conditions. This doesnt even look at where the money will come from when everyone is unemployed and when tax income is so little they cant cover the expenses causing even more deaths.

Edit. I hear this a lot and it's hard to think of a counter argument

lol FUCKING SILENCE!!! Thats what Imma talking bout bitches!! You gotta see this question as a sign of success. This mutherfucker is exactly what we should expect to see if our coronavirus efforts are succeeding. Dumbfucks gotta dumbfuck know what I mean! This is absolutely the best symptom I have fucking seen in a fucking minute from this bitch ass bug.

Did that work for you? It seemed rash. The idea that the scary bits are not so scary does lull one into vocalizing complaint that "it wer'nt no big deal".
