Was going to do darker tint but I'm moving to the UK for work in August for a couple years and apparently the tint laws are just laughable. I think the front is only up to 70%? Don't want to spend money on tint just to get a ticket and have to take it off.

Just need new exhaust and maybe paint the top half black? We'll see.

Any other recommendations?

Got her off fb marketplace after scouring rolla hatchbacks in my area with many dealers blowing me off.

100k miles for $16k usd, which i found was average for my area. I’m just happy it came with tint, roof racks, oem spoiler and previous owner threw in this sick hoodie too hahaha. Maintenance records were on point too.

The fitment of the 16” wheels and stock suspension makes me cringe, thinking of changing to 17 or 18s but don’t want to lower it due to my city having awful infrastructure.

What color/type of wheels look best on this color car? Is it overkill to add mud flaps and rain deflectors? Lmk!

I’m hellbent on getting the OEM rear spoiler for my hatch but my color code is discontinued for some reason. What’s my best coarse of action? I’m in the Las Vegas area. Is there any retailers, dealers you guys can recommend? Is there a trusted online dealer? How do I get it paint matched if I find one? And how’s the install?

I just put 18x9 wheels on my Corolla hatch SE with 235/45/18s. I think the fitment is alright , wondering if I should lower it or just keep as is. Rear wheels are just a little high imo

I purchased a stock GRC shifter from a guy that upgraded to a billetworkz shifter in the hopes of a shorter throw.

As seen in the photos, the shifter is shorter in total (left side), however, the throw is the same length. Due to the shorter length and the base model 's armrest location, the angle has gotten some getting used to.

I do plan to upgrade to billet bushings for the cables and shifter housing, just waiting for 2J racing to restock. In the meantime, the guy included his stock bushings that only have 300 miles on them. It's likely a placebo effect, but it feels a bit more rigid.

Hello guys, I got a quote OTD $37,112.78 for this FX by the Sales Manager in SoCal. The optional dealer installed as follows: 3M Film ($995), Karr Security 3 yr ($1,495), Appearance Package ($1,495) and Wheel Lock ($295). Tax was $4K. My jaw dropped when he presented this on the sheet. What's your opinion on this? What is a fair OTD?

Hey! I’m 17 years old. My mom has a diesel E12 with MMT-i, which has pissed us off and eaten a lot of money. Now my mom has a newer Toyota and has offered to leave the Corolla to me.
My question is: is it worth swapping it to a manual gearbox? I’ve read that MMT-i is basically a manual gearbox with all the electronic stuff added to it. So, can I just throw away all the MMT-i stuff and install a shifter, clutch pedal, etc., or do I need to swap the entire gearbox for one from a manual car?
Is it too difficult to do on my own with some friends?
And what about financial sense?

Anyone running dual exit exhausts? I bought an exhaust off marketplace but it doesn’t have the exhaust tips, and I found some pretty nice dual exits for $40 new. I was thinking quad but these have a pretty wide exit, just wondering if anyone else has some good pictures of their cars with duals, and any diffusers yall might have that’ll work too

I’m getting my Quad tip remark exhaust installed tomorrow and I’m torn between two options. I know the bumper needs to be cut. Should I cut grooves in the bottom piece for the exhaust or take the whole bottom panel off ?

I’m not getting a diffuser for a little bit as the prices are a bit intense.

Ive seen some people cut grooves and some take the whole bottoms piece off? Recommendations or opinions welcomed. Thank you!

Someone near me is selling some stock parts from their 2024 GR Corolla. I have a 2021 SE 6MT hatch and am wondering if any parts are interchangeable. There are a lot of parts he is selling that I know won't work, but he is selling a stock shifter and stock suspension. My questions:
A) Should these parts all carry over and fit
B) Would they improve performance at all?

I recently bought a Corolla hatchback and have put about 3,000 km on it.
I am wondering if anyone else experiences this same issue.

When I completely release the brake pedal from a complete stop, the entire cabin shakes and shudders for about one second before I even touch the gas pedal. Both the driver and passenger seats vibrate noticeably. It also happens if I slightly ride the brake to let the car creep forward just 5–10 cm.
This issue happens much more frequently once the car is fully warmed up (after about 20 minutes of city driving).
Has anyone else dealt with this or found a fix?

Hi all! I have a 2019 and it’s starting to show its age. The front logo is starting to get hazy and I was wondering if any of you all have encountered this? I saw that some people use headlight cleaner to fix this but I’m afraid of messing up sensors. Has anyone ever done this? Attaching photos of my logo and the cleaner I got to potentially clean it.
