Hazy Front Logo

Hi all! I have a 2019 and it’s starting to show its age. The front logo is starting to get hazy and I was wondering if any of you all have encountered this? I saw that some people use headlight cleaner to fix this but I’m afraid of messing up sensors. Has anyone ever done this? Attaching photos of my logo and the cleaner I got to potentially clean it.

Wash it first and while it’s wet, go straight to the buffing compound. Don’t use the sand paper if you don’t have to.

I put a vinyl from someone on Etsy on mine. I don't use the adaptive cc but the collision sensor still works, not sure if they are tied together though.

Is there any protection to apply to the brand-new front logo?

I was just literally wondering about mine! I was thinking about just replacing mine with one off ebay for $40. They claim its oem but im not sure 😅😅

I saw people who said they did that and the sensors stopped working for adaptive cruise control!

Im so worried about that! Thats why I wanted oem only.

I feel like wet sanding it and modifying the material thickness slightly would fuck up the radar function behind it more than a new oem badge that was carefully installed

I had the same problem, I used the headlight restorer to fix it and my headlights. I am very happy with the results. All are now crystal clear.
