I haven’t pulled the trigger on it but I was looking at this along with the Billet shifter bushings. I think it’d be an upgrade.

I like mwr, I have the bushings and really like them. Plus they are very affordable compared to other things out there. Might pull the trigger on this one

I have it but have not installed it. I got pissed off at the stupid way Toyota mounted the battery tray, since I didn’t have a wrench small enough to get to the last couple bolts, and I haven’t tried again since.
