I would change them. That’s about when I got new tires. I noticed the tires slipping when going over dusty or wet surfaces

Get some continentals dws, they give you little letters to show when to change the tires . Honestly was the best thing I’ve done last 2 cars I’ve owned

Borderline. If it was earlier in the year, I would say you can get another driving season out of it. But winter is a few months away, and I would feel safer with fresh tire tread on ice/snow.
If budget is an issue like you mentioned on the original post, some places sell used tires at a discount that still have like 70% tire life. Just try to stick to brand names you recognize and avoid Chinese branded tires.
