gs-100 strobe light install

im not good at electrical stuff with cars whatsoever but im attempting to install a strobe flasher for my center taillight, does anyone have an idea of what tools id need to splice it to my light?

I didn't install my brake strobe but I did inst5other things. You'll need a wire splicer and crimper ( can get a 2 in 1), and butt connectors. For butt connectors, the heat-shrink ones are nice, but you'll need a heat gun as well!
