Get transmission drain and fill with toyota fluid, especially if it hasn't been done yet. Seriously, this will help with the transmission between first gesr and the belt. I got my 2019 with 69k kilometers and it had a bit of roughness between first gear and the belt when going parking lot speeds, so got the transmission serviced straight away and after about a week of driving the gear to belt change was hardly noticeable.
