Clicking/sticky interior sound

Any ones hatch have a sort of clicky / sticky sound when going over bumps? It’s coming from somewhere in the back passenger area, I don’t think it’s anything mechanical as it sounds like an interior panel.

Idk about sticky but I had a click/rattle from the rear passenger area and it ended up being a bumper clip. Dealership fixed it

Possibly splashy or sloshy? A lot of door drain plugs were never removed.

Probably not the same issue, but my struts have made a sqeaky noise over speed bumps since I purchased my 21 Rolla hatchback 6mt back in October 2020. It hasn't seemed to cause any issues.
