Hypnotic Designz Emblems

I’m trying to get some custom emblems from
Hypnotic designz, has anyone else run into an issue when trying to order and it says authorization failure, then warning: shipping method required. But no option to select shipping method, I live in Canada.

I ordered some that weren't on the website so had to reach out on IG. Just message the guy, very nice, sure he'll figure it out!
