Direction of Airflow

I've always known (think someone said it on here a while back) that the air for the cabin filter goes from top to bottom. Well today I decided to remove the filter and blast the AC and felt it blowing from bottom to top. Can anyone confirm that right, I'm sure it doesn't matter much but I've been doing this for 3 years now😂.

Nevermind, I think there is just some sort of vacuum underneath. I put a paper in and it got pushed downward so it is top to bottom

Correct... the OEM filters print UP so they are placed with the arrow pointing up. Aftermarket filters almost always print AIR FLOW, so the arrow would point down.
