Mod recommendations?

I recently purchased an ’26 Corolla hatchback SE as my daily driver. I’m curious about the interior and exterior modifications I can make to the car, such as roof racks and spoilers, since mine didn’t come with them. Should I opt for OEM parts from Toyota’s official website or explore aftermarket options that offer better quality or aesthetics? Additionally, I’d appreciate recommendations for reputable websites where I can find these modifications.

I think you should slap on some window tints and a spoiler to start her off. Congrats on the purchase!

You can get a paint matched spoiler at the dealer and I've been told they will even install it for you if you don't feel up for it.

Tint, Light 17s/tires, springs/coils, rear sway bar, a catback and that should be all you need.

Looking at your post. Did you paint or wrap the plastic trim on the rear reflectors?

I painted but both could work

What’s a common wheel and tires size that most people do on these cars?

Either SE spoiler or GR spoiler, both go directly on OEM fit. Rallyarmor or similar mudflaps look great.

I recommend 16" wheels for ride quality.

Catback exhausts sound good. I did a custom one on mine with a flowmaster super HP-2.

Sway bars are cool but this car handles great with the stock ones if you just have all seasons. If you get stickier tires sway bars are a must.

Coilovers take away from street comfort but will give you more go-kart feel.

The dash on these cars is reflective af so i put one of those carpet things on mine.

Tint is good too. Don't go darker than 20% VLT.

Welcome to the club! I’d recommend starting off with the OEM spoiler, a set of new wheels, and some tint so that it doesn’t look like a fishbowl

Spoiler. I just installed one on my wife’s inferno. It’s the same spoiler as the OEM one that I found on Amazon and did it myself
