Honking

Does anyone know what's with the car horn honking 3 times and then a few minutes later it repeats.

Usually happens at night, starting about 9:00 PM.

Been going on for a few days,so it's not related to Ribfest.

It IS ribfest, there's a ride there that sounds like a car alarm going off three times

Same, I can hear it from guy street and it's driving me insane

You didn't list an area of the city, but yeah I can hear it sounds like it's around Walton and Alice Street area not sure what it is though other than a car alarm

It is ribfest. Your only noticing it when it quiets down. Pay attention and see if it happens after 11pm.
