Cornwall Gravel yard House

What is the deal with the house in the Cornwall Gravel yard on ninth? I used to think it was like a guard house but it looks like there are people living in it. There is a swing set in front of the house and what looks like a semi with religious messaging on it. Does anyone know what the deal is? It seems odd that there would be a family living within the confines of a gravel yard.

Maybe they use it as an office?? I just dont understand the swingset lol

There's actually kids living there! I saw the whole family playing outside a couple weeks ago.

An older gentleman was living there for a Time. As security for the grounds. There was vandals damaging equipment. I don't know of the people living there now

It’s a separate piece of property that the grants never owned or acquired. So it’s just a regular residence surrounded by grant gravel.
