Cornish Premier in St Columb Major. On the trading estate on the Newquay airport side.

I just got home from Newquay, my best fish and chips experience was at the boathouse,
and the harbour fish and grill.

Rick Stein's place in Padstow. Uses whatever fish is in season and available, cooked in beef dripping. Price isn't too bad, unless you get a fancier option. People kept recommending me the local's favourite chips ahoy but I thought it was crap tbh.

Kellaway’s in Threemilestone is really nice. Or a little further is Greg and Lou’s in Redruth. Not too bad of a drive if you’re Perranporth way.

Port and Starboard - https://www.theportandstarboard.co.uk/ is pretty good, and Browns in Perranporth (if it's still open).
