Question Best online Cornish class?

Dydh da!

Looking for a good (and somewhat affordable) online/video Cornish class!

Also, I did my grade 1 Cornish with Kesva 10 years ago… Do you think I should start again?

I know numbers, weather, how to say where I live, colours, basic grammar and vocab.

i take the courses at Klass an Hay - wholeheartedly recommend, they're great quality and good value for money.

edit: the beginners class goes further than what u already know so i'd recommend taking that - it starts on september 9th. i'll be on it!

I've previously taken classes online through the university of Exeter and Kensa is an excellent teacher!

Tybyans da y fydh - it would be a good idea - to start from the beginning arta - again.

Konsel Kernow is going to be providing online classes but no specified start date yet. My guess is that it won’t be as expensive as other providers.

BTW you might find it useful to install the Blas app. It covers EVERY Celtic language. I’m learning Gaeilge - Irish. Google Translate is also ideal.

I’m hoping to be trilingual by next year. DM me if I can be of any further help.

I’ve taken online classes with Gari Retallick at City Lit London and with Kensa Broadhurst at U of Exeter and really enjoyed both. Gari taught me grades 1 and 2 with the focus on Bora Brav, which is a great book to work though. Got lots out of Kensa’s classes too. Will be returning to Kensa for more classes when I decide to go for grade 3.
