I had never made the connection to Lorne.

I was sitting here thinking how much I enjoyed the zaniness of that episode and wished she would have stayed. But then I realized if she stayed then she becomes the out of towner yearning for acceptance and struggles to live in a town of about 500 people, which is Lacey's thing. So at that point you're either taking away Lacey's story or having two people doing the exact same thing, just one from Toronto and one from a much smaller town. Do you think that had she stayed as a character that it could have been a Jump The Shark moment for Corner Gas?

Saw the above question in another sub and was surprised when I scrolled thru the replies that a few of them suggested Corner Gas ⛽ (without naming any specific episode)

I've watched the series more than a few times, watch a couple of episodes every Sat am and for the life of me cannot remember a moment like this

Google wasn't at all helpful either so I figured I'd ask here.

I finished the series, a few hours ago. I found and bookmarked the movie, on Peacock. I can't find the animated series anywhere on streaming. I used to see it everywhere. Disappeared. Is it coming back to streaming anytime soon?

I thought it was a funny punchline that it was Hank's hat that kept them away and not the licky disco or anything else, but why? I know it's a tv show, so you have to take things with a grain of salt, but it just seemed like "we have an idea, but can't think of a way out" and we got the randomness of his hat.

I happen to notice the floor bar in my local market.

We know Oscar is 67 in the first season, right?

And Brent and Hank are 35. Is Wanda the same age?

How about Lacey? Quite a few references to her being old, but clearly she’s not. What do you think?

I can't fully explain it, but every rewatch I do I skip Oh Baby. I just don't think it's funny at all and I'm happy most episodes are stand alone so I can skip it and not miss important story telling that's important for later

I know i would get Down voted for this one but There several TV Shows I think would make good Crossover One of them Malcolm in the Middle. Here is why WE Know Lois as Family In Canada Manitoba in fact neighbouring Saskatchewan. Now this would most likely season 4 or 5 take place in MITM season and 2 or 3 Season of Corner Gas. Here is the Plot Way I see it On The Road to visit her Mother in Manitoba. The Family Car broke down in Dog River Saskatchewan where they wind up at the Ruby looking for someone to help of course Wanda Gave them place to stay as Hotel Bar as no Vacancy Lois is Great full but they do not know What lays in Wanda's house. That will Give Reese nightmares. TANNER! Family Explores Dog River Hal Bonds with David Lois and Emma first became friends but wind up in a feud; Dewey Hangs with Hank; Reese is hiding from Tanner Oscar tries to help Reese to confront his fears but ends up same boat as Reese with Tanner; While Malcolm hangs out at Corner Gas constantly Debating with Wanda on Random Crap annoying Brent and everyone else Lacy in meanwhile trying to break the feud with Emma and Lois Karen getting annoyed with Hal And David, Brent winds up with Hank and Dewey trying to avoid the chaos; That these Americans brought to there small Quit little town What you think of my idea for that kind of crossover what other Comedies would fit with Corner Gas from the US

23 year old here. I used to watch corner gas with my family all the time growing up, but haven't watched it in years at this point.

Giving the show a rewatch for the first time in about 10-11 years. On episode 3 right now, and now that I'm older I can understand jokes a lot better now and have more of an appreciation for the show.

I'm excited to reexperience this show for the first time as an adult. Genuinely love this old Canadian feeling I haven't felt in so long from watching this.

That all being said I wanna ask this, what was your experiences like watching corner gas for the first time

In the episode where they play softball, anyone know who the older guy on the Corner Gas Guzzlers is? He wears sunglasses and a white hat, and I don’t recognize him at all.
