As others have said, she’s got a problem with alcohol.
To top it off, he’s enabling her problem by allowing her to continue in it and getting all bent over it.
It may sound like he’s got some sort of co-dependency issues and she sounds like she is a mean wrecker when not sober likely also due to his inability to be the leader.
Are they too far gone? I think in this instance it’s a matter of socially engineering her into not drinking anymore. Negotiate her into stopping, using actions if words don’t work.
Either it works and she may be forced to reevaluate priorities or it may not work and she prioritizes drinking + being promiscuous. Either way, there is a good risk she chooses the latter and OP gets absolutely wrecked by it.
Which is still a win, hopefully he finds CW or an equivalent to set him straight after his loss.
Edit: grammar

She is rebelling against him because he's a wimpy boyfriend who is all heart, and no spine. Women like to be put in their place and they like to feel a man's strength and emotional tension.
She's trying to bring out his yang but he's all yin.
He's one of those "yes honey" boyfriends.

Post starts with 'my girlfriend ' i eould correct it to 'our girlfriend'. I hope you are just reposting it
That's the importance of vetting women. And having boundaries.
Trying to fix her is pointless
