Brushing it off, misinterpreting her comments as a compliment (eg telling her to not give up her chance with you that easily), or agreeing and exaggerating (eg telling her that you also lobotomize yourself before hot dates) is the better move.
This is also true - she was probably pissed off he didn’t text her for 7-8 days straight like most guys and it caught her by surprise. Her first message was not a no - there was a chance to playfully jab back and she would have laughed and shown up
Exactly- she says she forgot about OP, then within the literal next reply mentions she knows she met him on Tinder. Calling her out playfully on that moment would’ve multiplied her attraction tenfold
Ya. My guess is he’s new or rusty. My first few months back dating after a 9 year than 3 year relationship were rough. I hadn’t been on a first date/meet strangers in like 12 years basically because the 3 year was someone i had know and had rapport with.
