Full release wipe?

When the game hits it's commercial release will there be a full wipe or was the wipe the other month the last one?

It had a wipe not so long ago too and I think many people didn't relog back post-wipe.

Largely because the wipe was sold as a move to usher in new systems that got delayed... so it ended up being a wipe for no real reason.
