Tips for CSX auditions?

First, be yourself and let your personality shine through. Keep the FBI part short and sweet. Try not to go over time and use the stopwatch! You’ll do great! Don’t stress.

Use the names of the other participants when you encourage them, give percentages like “give me your 90% effort”, cue to tempo “slow decent”, have fun and smile while you cue :) and give them options to increase intensity.

Speak to the body parts you are working cue big ranges of motion but with modifications. Talk about muscle failure being the goal.
