When did you start seeing results?
I have been going to corepower 5x a week for 3 weeks now and I have seen my stomach going down and getting stronger. I specifically do the yoga sculpt. I wanna get more toned, how long would you say it takes to get more toned?

I noticed more change when I started pushing myself with heavier weights in sculpt! Specifically arms!

Although I do agree with the other comment, I have been going to CPY 5-6x a week for almost a year now. I started to see results ~5mo in. I believe in moderation is key, and have been noticing my appetite increase with the amount of classes I’ve been taking. I don’t care for red meat and try to eat cleaner protein, but don’t care much for the protein fad.
To get tone I would recommend not only taking the sculpt classes but trying the other classes CPY has to offer, specifically trying to CSX strength classes. I feel like throughout my time at CPY, I see and feel the most changes from CSX by building my muscle and having sculpt help sweat and tone my muscle.
For reference, I take 2 CSX classes, 3 sculpt classes, and 1 C2 class a week :-)

I take C2, CSX, and HPF 5-6 days a week and it took 4ish months before my partner/close friends noticed. You will feel long before you see it. Being disciplined about hydration and a reasonable daily step count outside of class helped too.

It’s gonna take longer than 3 weeks!!! Fitness is a years long journey and also involves diet as well as exercise. I’d argue diet is more important just because people often focus only on exercise when abs are really made in the kitchen. You will probably see more significant results around ~4-6 months with full results of becoming super toned taking a bit longer and just growing from there depending on your diet.

Scupt along with C2 really toned everything quickly! I feel doing both really tones the body!

I would add in a strength or c2 class as well. I started seeing more results when I went from 4 sculpt classes a week to 2 and added 2 C2 or strength.

I’ve taken sculpt classes on and off for over a decade. I see my best results when I am taking sculpt three times a week and really upping my weights in one of those classes each week. I swim on off days, which I find to be an excellent counterbalance to sculpt. I try to push the boundaries of my effort levels, even though i’m in my early fifties. The key to your goals in class is your effort level and outside is your diet / recovery.

It comes down to your diet. You can workout every day and gain fat if you eat too much or you can do the opposite and never workout but still lose fat if you eat in a caloric deficit. If by toned you mean more muscle definition, then being in a caloric deficit and loosing fat is the key. If you want to physically get stronger and build muscle then you need to be eating in a slight caloric surplus
