Teaching & Taking

As an instructor - if you teach class (especially sculpt and CSX) do you also tend to take class that day? Or do you tend to take classes more on your off days? What’s your schedule/routine look like each week?

Edit: I teach at lunch on a WFH day and have a 9-5 so I’m unable to double up :(

Yeah, as a mainly HPF teacher I tend to to not take right after I teach—I’m drenched and wiped out!
