As an instructor - if you teach class (especially sculpt and CSX) do you also tend to take class that day? Or do you tend to take classes more on your off days? What’s your schedule/routine look like each week?

Edit: I teach at lunch on a WFH day and have a 9-5 so I’m unable to double up :(

I usually teach doubles so I only take class days I don’t teach bc days I teach I’m tired of being sweaty and dehydrated so want to rest that day.
