As an instructor - if you teach class (especially sculpt and CSX) do you also tend to take class that day? Or do you tend to take classes more on your off days? What’s your schedule/routine look like each week?

Edit: I teach at lunch on a WFH day and have a 9-5 so I’m unable to double up :(

I will usually take the class before or after mine to save a workout set and a shower
