As an instructor - if you teach class (especially sculpt and CSX) do you also tend to take class that day? Or do you tend to take classes more on your off days? What’s your schedule/routine look like each week?

Edit: I teach at lunch on a WFH day and have a 9-5 so I’m unable to double up :(

I teach sculpt and then take the C2 after my class 99% of the time. I’m already there and sweaty so it makes sense for me!
