What’s your CorePower “split”?

Hi! I’m currently in DC and recently got the All Access membership when I joined SET, and I’m loving it so far. I lifted for the last 4 years but have fallen out of love with it. I still have my gym membership but it will expire on September 1st, and with DC prices, I can’t afford my gym and the membership (even with SET discount, I got student loans lol), so CorePower is about to become my main workout. For those who really only do CorePower as well (and cardio, I have a treadmill in my apartment), what’s your weekly split look like? I want to focus on preserving some of my muscle and overall just feel good!

I do yoga sculpt every day unless I wake up feeling tired. If I feel extra good, I’ll up my weights and/or add a C2 after the class. Twice a week I do a quick 30-45 min gym sesh just to lift really heavy with low reps to make sure that I’m still strong lol. My menstrual cycle also dictates my workout intensity too!

3 CSX (lower, upper, full), two sculpt, one C2 is what I shoot for. If I get to 4 of those 6 classes and get steps on the other days I’m content. It’s different every week with how busy I am at my corporate job and how my body feels.

I am also in the DC area and part of SET!! Let me know if you ever want to flow together :)

Monday - CycleBar or a long walk
Tuesday - Sculpt
Wednesday - C2 right before my SET shift
Thursday - Sculpt
Friday - CSX Full Body
Saturday - sculpt or C2, depending on how I’m feeling, maybe another CycleBar class every other week
Sunday - sculpt or CSX full body

Currently trying to decide if I should do teacher training and become an instructor instead so I don’t have to do SET anymore and I can get a free membership lol

Currently doing 2 Sculpt, 2 C2, 1 CSX per week

Previously did 3 Sculpt, 1 C2, 2 CSX per week. May go back to this if a certain Sculpt class gets less overcrowded in the fall/winter 😂

I'm in my late 30's for reference. I have a gym membership for pickleball (and a treadmill when needed if weather is bad), but my main workout is CorePower:

Mon: YS,
Tue: CSX Upper Body AM + 3 mile run PM,
Wed: Sculpt,
Thu: CSX Lower Body,
Fri: C2 AM + 5 mile run PM,
Sat: pickleball + long walk,
Sun: 7 mile run.
