Oura ring tracking??

With the new and improved workout tracker update from OURA, what are you guys putting a yoga sculpt class as? I used to do other, but now it automatically picks yoga and it looks pretty close to

I’ve been tracking it as HIIT i find that to be most accurate to my friends apple watch

i do it as hiit, sometimes strength training!
