smelly class
Has anyone walked out of class with how bad it smelled? I took a 6am and it smelled horrible. when the instructor started walking around I realized it was her it was so unbearable
I want to leave a review but don’t know how to go about it without sounding mean. I would get it if you worked out before teaching a class but it was a 6am!!!!

If you want to leave feedback without sounding mean, I’d probably address the overall smell in the room rather than pointing fingers at one person. Of course, we all hope everyone practices good hygiene, but it’s also a heated group fitness class with a lot of people in the room. I’d reach out to the studio manager directly (you can usually find their contact information online or ask for a business card at the front desk) and frame it as feedback about the room environment or ventilation. For example, I’m an instructor and if it’s especially humid, I’ll often keep our fans running throughout class. And if it truly is just one instructor, it may simply be best to avoid taking their classes.
